Milk Nutritional Information

A1 and A2 protein are both high quality milk proteins that are found naturally in milk. So when 60% of Australians we surveyed said they wanted to know more about the type of protein in their milk, we partnered with an independent organisation to develop a methodology and undertake testing.

This process has been refined over a period of several months to ensure we can accurately test and verify the composition of natural A1 and A2 protein in our milk.

The Milk Nutritional Information Panel for each product provides additional information regarding the A1 and A2 protein content.
